Recently, at the invitation of the Science Council of Japan, Dr. Oliver, Nanticoke Global Strategies LLC’s Principal, participated in the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 – 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. At the conference, Dr. Oliver participated in a plenary panel session entitled: 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, at which he delivered a presentation entitled: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙐.𝙎. 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙝𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝘼 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚.
